Yes, I know the name doesn't quite match my holistic, gentle way of life, but much to my surprise, I absolutely LOVE the Beachbody brand and their at-home, on demand workout platform.
Over the past 10+ years I have been running, walking, practicing yoga, and thought I was pretty fit. Well, when a friend introduced me to Beachbody and I tried out a fun workout program that used small weights, cardio, push-ups, etc., I quickly realized that I was NOT as fit as I thought! So, I jumped right into using Beachbody workouts just about everyday, and I became much more fit, stronger, and healthier because of these workouts.

So, last year I became a Team Beachbody Coach (accountability coach) so that I could inspire others to become more fit, eat better, and improve their health. As an accountability coach, I run Wellness and Challenge Groups a couple times per year. These groups involve committing to 4 or 6-weeks of daily workouts at-home using the Beachbody On Demand Platform, following a healthy eating plan, and usually some other self-care routines. My groups are mainly a fabulous group of women all working towards a common goal for more health and well-being.
